Where we deliver

We deliver across Ireland. Delivery times are the same wherever you are in the region: 5 to 7 days once your order has been handled.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of €60 or more. Below that, a flat €22 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so there is nothing added at the last step.

We do not currently offer an express or next-day delivery option. Every order goes by the same tracked standard service.

How long it takes

Orders are picked and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.

Where your parcel ships from

Most orders are handled by our logistics centre in Thailand and travel by DHL Express. Where that happens, the parcel enters Ireland as an import, and Irish Revenue may charge duty or VAT on it before delivery. Any such charge is set by Revenue rather than by us and is payable by the person receiving the goods.

We declare the contents and the value accurately on every customs declaration. We will not describe an order as a sample, a gift or anything other than what it is, because doing that would be a false declaration and it would leave you carrying the consequences.
